This seminar combines Yoga and Ayurveda. It shows you the roots and history of Yoga and Ayurveda. It provides you with specific information on Yoga and Ayurveda: about their aims, what health specifically means in Yoga and Ayurveda and all about their similarities.
We will cover the aspects of a happy and healthy life in Yoga and Ayurveda. We will look at the connection between the fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda and the role of Yoga in maintaining the balance of tridosha, agni, pancha maha bhutas, and saptha dhatus. The findings from the Yoga perspective are always considered in conjunction with their ayurvedic effects and how Ayurveda views them.
The seminar provides all instruments for defining your own dosha (constitution) and shows what this means for your life and lifestyle.
